Custom and personalized orders

There is a drop down menu to the right of the listing photo with different prices depending on which item and size.

READ description in the listing for customization included, MOST REQUESTS ARE INCLUDED in cost.

Ideally copy and paste the customization information in the notes to seller box at checkout. (choices for: colors, name, date, quote, location, etc..) If you don’t know how to copy and paste or forget, write in email after purchase info@uniquecardsandgifts.comLet us know if you do not want a proof.

Can I get a proof before purchase?

The major portion of custom artwork is the time it takes to create, therefore we require a purchase first. We have celebrity clients as well as major companies that we also require the purchase prior to proof, so we keep it the same for all clients to be fair to everyone. All customers are treated like royalty regardless of social status..We provide the proofs in order received in our email inbox =)

Once you purchase your Custom Artwork, we will send you a proof =) You can ask for a revision if your proof is not correct =) If you do not want a proof, please let us know.

How long does it take?

PROOFS: TYPICALLY 1 – 3 business days.
1-2 business day or sooner with mail upgrade.
Shipped within 2 business days of approval – Canvas add 1 day

—–Regular USA shipping should arrive in 5-7 days. We have no control once it leaves our building. We can’t guarantee delivery dates. Priority mail upgrade is 2 to 3 days, not guaranteed, but most of the time works well.The only guaranteed shipping by USPS is Express* 1-2 business days mail upgrade. *USPS will only refund shipping, not the product amount if delayed.

Fastest and most affordable option is our Digital emailed – to print on your own.

Shipments outside the USA usually take 3 to 10 days & can be longer 3 to 10 weeks to arrive. USPS does not always update international shipments, but they do show up when unexpected.

Digital Emailed is a DIY Printable = Jpeg & Pdf files given in one of any size to print on your own

What is the DIY option & how does it work?

DIY are high resolution jpeg and pdf files that can be printed at staples, your home computer, online print companies, or a local print shop. These CANNOT be resold or edited.

We discount and refund equal to shipping amount AFTER purchase upon approval =)

These may NOT be used for resale or any commercial use.

You can have us make ONE of ANY SIZE =) You save you even more money on larger sizes and international orders.

Once you approve, your non-editable files are given in ONE size of your choice will be sent in Etsy email to fit ONE media such as paper, canvas, or other. Additional cost for more.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Contact us prior to purchase for any rush needs. We generally run fast.In most cases will have a draft for custom orders within 1 to 2 business days and ship within 2 business days depending on time of approval.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to postal delays or customs.
